• Before you move any further, read this post because it's going to address most of your concerns.

• ABOUT MY WEBSITE AND SPROUTVIDEO: Firstly, I'd like to ask you to watch my content on my website if you can because Sproutvideo charges me after usage. The only reason Sproutvideo is still enabled as an alternate option is that some people can't watch it properly on the website due to their region. So using my website is some sort of extra support.

• ((MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: In order to provide benefits for regular supporters (people who renew their memberships every month), after I upload a video, I enable downloading until the next video is up. So, as long as you don't cancel your membership, you can always download my newest content. Important things to know regarding this matter: After you download a video, your download link only works for one day, after which it expires. If your download link expires, you won't be able to download the same content for 15 days. This serves two purposes: first, it prevents the page from being overloaded; second, it also helps against piracy. After you start any download, it may take some time, even minutes, to start due to the watermarking, but it will eventually start, so be patient.

• VIDEO PRIVATE ERROR MESSAGE: If your only option is Sproutvideo, there is a chance you'll encounter this error message. The solution is very simple, though. The cause of this problem is that the Patreon app does not support embedded videos, so you simply have to use the browser to overcome this problem. If opening the video in the browser still doesn't resolve the problem, DM me, so I can fix the issue as soon as I have the chance.

• Be patient: If you have any problems, send me a message, and I'll address your problem as soon as I can. And please don't spam the comment section with issues that were already addressed once in that same comment section.
