Noble patrons cast thine vote here. I am aware you have access to the next_day console command, so please try to envision yourself in the ragged shoes of the peasantry, as hard as that may be.

It'd be a pain in the ass not to have it, but just making it free would mean balancing other things around having infinite time as it were. You should probably either have it be a cooldown or make it to where dungeons don't change between rested days and increase in difficulty after a certain amount passes. Except for the rescue ones which obviously already have a penalty of fucking your adventurers.

Three things for balancing in terms of penalized day skips, IMO: 1 - Skipping a day should break your successful dungeon streak. 2 - Skipping a day should increase the difficulty of the next dungeon's fights by increasing the weight of hard fights. 3 - Skipping a day should not reshuffle dungeons and recruits.
