Discord Server is Ready! (Patreon)

Hi! just wanted to announce that the Discord server for Patreons is ready! pretty empty but will be full of good stuff later!

I announce this early because apparently Patreon links everything super fast and putting you into a server without prior notice would be quite uncomfortable

Other things to consider are;
New members will be sent a link to the server
Previous Rewards will be pinned in the respective Tiers channels
New posts will be announced first on Patreon, then posted in Discord
