Mifuyu's change of sides may seem too quick, but she didn't really show herself as someone who wanted to harm others before (few episodes ago she mentioned that she would have felt very bad if Iroha had died because of Magius.), she just thought that her cause was just and in the end her intention was to save the magical girls and her friends. But the plan to awaken Embryo Eve is already very extreme because it involves harming many people because of all the witches they are attracting. Besides, seeing Tsuruno possessed affected her, and Tsuruno has been a friend of hers for a long time. That's why in previous episodes Mifuyu was seen depressed and even drinking alcohol (I think) because what was happening lately deviated a lot from what she wanted. There have been other hints of Mifuyu questioning herself even in other episodes, but they are shown subtly. I mean it was quick in terms of episodes but there were many reasons for her change of sides. As for Felicia, her motivation to kill all the witches was also affected by the fact that she now knows that witches used to be magical girls. So her perspective on witches has changed and she fears that her friends will become witches so she would have to eliminate them following her previous motivation. About Madoka's potential, it's complicated if we think that both animes are different universes and each universe has its own timelines. In the end, both universes are too identical, so much so that we could seriously think that this anime takes place in one of the first timelines that Homura travels in the original anime. And since the universes are very identical, Madoka could also gain great potential, but since this anime focuses on a very early timeline, we couldn't assure that everything happens the same as the original anime. Nothing is confirmed in the end as far as I know.

About the "same universe" thing - it's just a cool thing to think about, but it doesn't really affect the story here. Thanks for the breakdown of the plot points as per usual!
