Honestly, I think you are too easy on Shizuka and too hard on Nadeko. It was Shizuka who left without tellingthem anthing, She didn't even stop the train to explain to them, essientially giving them an ultimatum. Shizuka doesn't even feel she's done anything wrong. She clearly is acting the same way she felt with Yoka, which comes off as a tad insensitive. Not to say Nadeko is without faults, but gotta spread that blame around all parties since they are now all in this together. Without her friends, Shizuka would have died by now for sure.
