[TEASER] Hell Nurse Ingrid Part 2 (Patreon)

I'm very sorry for delaying this set. I have decided and took the opportunity to make the Hell Nurse Ingrid Part 2 using the Hell Knight Carmina (NOMAD R&D Version) set because it would be a waste and might kill the excitement/anticipation of Carmina's appearance in this series. So, instead of waiting for Part 3, I have decided to make Carmina's chapter as Part 2 of the series.

I'm almost done with the manga so it should be ready for release along with the whole set by tonight, if not, tomorrow.
