Please Read - Significant News (Patreon)

Dear supporters, I have something very important address about my Patreon service!

Before I address the topics, thank you for continuing to support me, it means a lot!
I have been fairly inactive since the debut of my page, and I hope to revive my activity here and upload a lot more illustrations.

1. Exciting News & revamped sections of my Patreon Page
I've changed a lot about my page! My tier names will now simply be Owls, I feel this is fitting for my aesthetic in general. I will refer to you as my dear Owls or supporters from now on! I also implemented new tier illustrations! pixel art was the medium and it was to experiment with :)

2. Changes to benefits & reward distributions
For tiers, certain benefits will be decommissioned, such as the 'instant release reward' in higher tiers.
These posts will be (either reformated to redirect to Gumroad, or-) deleted and transferred over to my Gumroad. This will be replaced with Gumroad discount codes, and my (including previous) reward packs will be distributed there instead!

Perhaps anticipate an email containing a discount code which I will manually deliver to my higher tiers. I will be cleaning the reward links from Google Docs, so those will be deleted after 1-2 weeks.

However, the concept of "discount codes" is tentative. I'm not opposed to the idea and reduces the manual work I have to input, but I think it benefits both me as a creator and you as a supporter.
I was also thinking of emailing my patrons directly, however this requires much more manual work. My dear patrons, if you have a suggestion, please feel free suggest!

3. New Tier Rewards & Live 2D Animation Rewards
To compensate for the loss of instant release rewards, these benefits will be replaced with early access posts which I deem appropriate for Patreon.

I've also employed a new form of content, being L2D/animations! I'm working another artist who is 100% behind the rigging and animating. I'm excited to show you this in future releases.

4. Art Tutorials & Potential Change of Drawing Program
I previously recorded my last art tutorial using OBS, however the product was inconsistent and in my point of view, doesn't seem very helpful with teaching certain elements of my art. As someone who has a passion for teaching, I wish to opt for a better method.

To add, recording my progress on an project seems overbearing on my end, though I do plan to keep this benefit.
Why do I think this? I illustrate all of my drawings on PAINT TOOL SAI, the program version itself is also very old. I own CSP, but I would still need to import my brushes and get used to the program. I have yet to do so, but I will be dabbling with the program.

For tutorials, I can include step-by-step guides, and I also plan on releasing my formally written 'art principle' guide (which I originally wrote for some friends who asked for my help!)
Developing your own style is also important for your own art endeavors, however I will touch on that topic later.
