As you may have noticed, Patreon now allows free users to subscribe to our profile and have access to previews of posts we upload.

However, there are several paying patrons/subscribers who, once they pay for their membership, immediately change to a "free user", this causes problems for the administrator of our Patreon, since sometimes it is not easy to identify those users who paid for their membership and they may not receive their rewards due to confusion.

For this reason we ask all paying patrons/subscribers that once they pay for their membership do not modify it or change to a free user so that they receive their rewards correctly.

🤓Likewise, we remember the new patrons:
If you already have a membership and have not received your rewards, you can modify your membership before receiving our codes/links to download the content.

We send rewards on the 15th of each month if you paid between the 1st and 15th. Or we send rewards on the 30th or 31st of each month if you paid between the 16th and 30/31. We send the rewards through the Patreon inbox by private message to each of the patrons; You will be able to receive the message during the day, afternoon or night, be patient.

If any problem arises, we will communicate it by private message or in a post on Patreon, either to advance rewards or due to delays in the delivery of rewards.

If you have already received or are receiving your rewards, you will need to wait until the end of the month to cancel your membership.

You won't be able to change your membership to a new one until early next month. If this is your case and you are receiving rewards or have already received them, but you do not want to wait and want to modify your membership, you must cancel your current membership and pay in full for the new membership you want. Some patrons have wanted to take advantage of this situation to only complement the new membership with the remaining amount, thus believing that they will receive a large amount of rewards, avoid spending your money on these types of tricks😅

For all free users, we remind you that we publish free content from time to time on our Twitter, Pixiv, DeviantArt, Facebook and Instagram pages. The content we release for free is only available in HD but not in Full HD, which means that free users will be able to see good quality content, but paid users are the only ones who will be able to see our images and animations in the same size and resolution original in which they were created.

Como te habrás dado cuenta, ahora Patreon permite que usuarios gratuitos puedan suscribirse a nuestro perfil y tener acceso a las vistas previas de las publicaciones que subimos.

Sin embargo hay varios mecenas/suscriptores de pago que una vez que pagan por su membresía inmediatamente se cambian a "usuario gratuito", esto genera problemas para el administrador de nuestro Patreon, ya que en ocasiones no es sencillo identificar a aquellos usuarios que pagaron por su membresía y es posible que no reciban sus recompensas, debido a la confusión.

Por esta razón les pedimos a todos los mecenas/suscriptores de pago, que una vez que paguen por su membresía no la modifiquen, ni se cambien a usuario gratuito para que reciban sus recompensas de forma correcta.

🤓De igual forma, les recordamos a los nuevos mecenas:
Si ya tienes una membresía y no has recibido tus recompensas, puedes modificar tu membresía antes de que recibas nuestros códigos/links para descargar el contenido.

Nosotros enviamos las recompensas el día 15 de cada mes si pagaste entre el día 1 y 15. O enviamos recompensas el día 30 o 31 de cada mes si pagaste entre el día 16 y 30/31. Las recompensas las enviamos mediante el inbox de Patreon por mensaje privado a cada uno de los mecenas; podrás recibir el mensaje en el transcurso del día, la tarde o la noche, sé paciente.

En caso de que surja algún problema nosostros lo comunicaremos por mensaje privado o en una publicación en Patreon, ya sea para adelantar recompensas o por un retraso en la entrega de recompensas.

No podrás cambiar tu membresía por una nueva hasta principios del próximo mes. Si este es tu caso y estás recibiendo recompensas o ya las has recibido, pero no quieres esperar y quieres modificar tu membresía, debes cancelar tu membresía actual y pagar el total de la nueva membresía que deseas. Algunos mecenas han querido aprovecharse de esta situación para sólo complementar la nueva membresía con la cantidad restante, creyendo así que recibirán una cantidad grande de recompensas, evita gastar tu dinero en este tipo de trucos😅

💸Contenido Gratuito💸
Para todos los usuarios gratuitos les recordamos que nos encontramos liberando contenido gratuito cada cierto tiempo en nuestras páginas de Twitter, Pixiv, DeviantArt, Facebook e Instagram. El contenido que liberamos gratuitamente sólo está disponible en HD pero no en Full HD, es decir que los usuarios gratuitos podrán ver contenido de buena calidad, pero los usuarios de pago son los únicos que podrán ver nuestras imágenes y animaciones en el tamaño y la resolución original en la que fueron creadas.
