Bobby Fish spoke with Fightful ahead of MLW Intimidation Games on February 29 at the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, New York.

Fish told us he was excited to work with Alex Kane, and put over his athleticism and his hip explosivity. He said that even though Alex Kane has been a world champion, he still isn't getting the mainstream recognition he deserves, and hopes that changes. In general, Fish said that he's looking to work with younger talent, like youngster Lou Thesz.

Speaking of the old jokes, Bobby Fish takes them pretty well and says that it's not something he lets get to him. We all age, and he's not ashamed of that. Regarding the "Where's the lie?" meme, he said he's still actively looking for the lie and hasn't seen it yet. He's impressed with how quickly memes have taken off and how talented creators are.

We spoke about his amateur kickboxing career, in which he was 4-1, as well as his boxing fight last year. He said that he was very fortunate to compete on a Floyd Mayweather undercard and never expected to go to Dubai, much less have his manager and wife go over there with him as well. He's become certified in DDP Yoga, and DDP was one of his first sponsors for the event.

Regarding Undisputed Kingdom, he said that he hasn't had talks about being in the group or joining, but the members of Undisputed Era are in constant contact and have a group chat. He's hoping Kyle O'Reilly can get back in the ring soon, and is happy to see Adam Cole healing up. He's also glad to see that Roderick Strong gets to spread his wings a little bit.

Glad Bobby seems in good spirits, and is willing to work with the future crop of stars.

How much fish could Bobby Fish fish if Bobby Fish could fish fish?
