- Grizzled Young Vets’ Deadlock Pro appearance over the weekend was set well over a week in advance, but was kept very close to the vest based on what we've heard. 

- For those asking about a recent Lance Archer gif that said “I’m not going anywhere,” it was not in reference to him signing a new contract.

- It goes without saying at this point, but it was confirmed to us that Logan Paul went into the fight with Dillon Danis planning to use his post-fight platform to use a pre-planned call out of Rey Mysterio. Paul was already scheduled for this week's Smackdown internally. 

- Davey Boy Smith Jr. is out of the hospital and recovering at home after surgery last Wednesday. The injury forced him out of the MLW show

- MLW plans for Minoru Suzuki to come back in 2024. Suzuki winning over Fatu was big for MLW and a way for them to set up a future story arc for Fatu, and fortify the NJPW relationship

- Contrary to rumors, Court Bauer was backstage at MLW Slaughterhouse in Gorilla, agenting matches and directing segments. We're told MLW was happy with Slaughterhouse, and expect it to be an annual event moving forward. They have Fightland November 18, One Shot on December 7 and Blood & Thunder set for January 6.
