That's what Michael Cole said about the main event segment that took 15 minutes to get started and featured a dude waiting for another dude to tell him what he had decided about whether or not he was going to stay his friend.  (Turned out to be pretty good.)

Also there was a Bianca/Charlotte face-off and a bunch of short matches that simply existed, and a #1 Contender's Gauntlet Tag Match that reached the most predictable conclusion.

On Rampage, we have Takeshita vs Bandido, and United Empire vs CHAOS, and also some stupid bullcrap featuring Karen Jarrett vs a referee.

Everything on SmackDown sucks. One thing on Rampage REALLY sucks.
