- WWE sources told Fightful they expect Liv Morgan to "at least be sidelined through the summer" but hope that isn't the case. We don't have a further update beyond that.

- Jamie Hayter’s injuries are legit, and she’s been battling them for the better part of a month, we’re told. As of now, we’re told she’s planning to perform at AEW Double or Nothing.

- Several AEW stars, including Cash Wheeler, the Gunns, Aaron Solo, Preston Vance, Willow, Taya, and Leila were in attendance at Losers Bar at MGM to support Harley Cameron's singing performance.

- Several wrestlers who aren't booked for Night Of Champions still made the trip over to Saudi Arabia with WWE.

Gangrel spoke to In The Weeds of Fightful Overbooked today, and provided an update on Paige VanZant, among other things

- Thinks maybe things are being rushed with CWF, “we should have more of our ducks in a row.” Says CCW might be spread thin with so many shows and not wanting to cross talent with CWF. “Is there ever really a right time? You just have to go for it.”

- Praises Kevin Sullivan for how he’s putting the shows together and is learning a lot from him. Says he’s learning a lot from Dan Lambert as well and praises his passion. “It’s going to be retro.” Knows there is a lot of passion behind the project.

- Preaches footwork when it comes to training his talent. Also wants his students to watch more wrestling and doesn’t think people have watched enough from the 80s and 90s.

- Blames video game and movies for the thinking in today’s wrestling. Wants wrestling to be move believable, but understands that things evolve. Wants to guide his students and give them the history.

- “This was the first time I walked in and watched them openly snort cocaine and take acid before a match,” speaking about his time in ECW. Got along great with the Steiners. Says it was a fun time in ECW, even though it was short.

- Thinks Josh Bishop worked extra light because Brian Myers was “winding him up” about hitting hard.

- Says older guys were “shitting on” Orange Cassidy before he wrestled him in 2019. “I don’t think they stopped and thought about the characters I did. They were probably saying the same thing about me.” Knew Orange Cassidy’s character and that he was a hell of a worker. Wanted to do an Orange Cassidy match. Was concerned at how much longevity the character would have, but he hasn’t had to transition out of it because it’s still getting over.

- Says his new movie “The After Dark,” where he plays a vampire named Vigo, is like The Lost Boys meets Interview With A Vampire. Would like to do another horror movie.

- “You haven’t seen her and I haven’t seen her,” he said about Paige VanZant. Said she was going to review the match with him, but hadn’t seen her. A week ago, she wrote that she wanted to return to training, but hasn’t seen her. Says she has a lot of potential. As far as we know, she's still signed to AEW, but there haven't been creative plans for her.

- Says the secret to longevity is clean bumps and proper training.

- Thinks Jai Vidal, who he trained, can breakout and be a star. Just needs a little more size.

- Prefers Fangin and Bangin. “You can’t do one without the other.”

- “Shake It Off” is his favorite Taylor Swift song.

I have a feeling Hayter will be losing on Sunday, if she’s banged up she deserves some time off to heal and rest up. She’s been a really great champion and put on some good matches, then maybe she can regain it at Wembley.
