Fightful spoke to MLW's Rickey Shane Page for a rare interview.

He's signed with MLW and is working as an agent, which he wasn't originally sure they wanted to be public knowledge. He said that he's done agenting informally when people ask him to watch their matches or help put things together. He's very happy to get paid for it, he believes he's good at it, and thinks that more wrestlers should learn the process of producing matches.

His RCW Wrestling company is opening up some more opportunities for wrestlers to do that, as he's booking an indie that isn't live streamed publicly anywhere. Instead, he wants young wrestlers to have the opportunitiy to fail and learn in a more private learning setting as opposed to a worldwide FITE audience. He's also giving some other wrestlers a chance at producing these matches. You can learn more at RCWwrestling.com.

He said that the MLW deal came together after he worked their January tapings. He showed up one day and got more responsibilities, and then a contract offer, which he said came out of nowhere. RSP said that there were always talks of possibly coming to IMPACT because of the Sami Callihan connection, but it never happened. However, he actually was supposed to debut for ROH, right before the pandemic happened. However, that put a kibosh on everything and it didn't go down.
