AEW wrestler who hasn't been used lately was backstage at Dynamite (Patreon)

The Machine was backstage at AEW Dynamite this week.

Fightful Select has learned that former FTW Champion Brian Cage was backstage at AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday. Cage had not been at recent AEW shows, and last appeared at ROH Supercard of Honor where he joined Tully Blanchard Enterprises with Kaun and Toa Liona. Thus far there are no publicly announced Ring of Honor cards, and Cage hasn't been on AEW programming since.

Cage's contract option was picked up earlier this year, keeping him with AEW/ROH for at least another year. He's not been on AEW TV since last fall, and hadn't been at TV for most of 2022.
