The former Piper Niven spoke to Fightful for a new interview, and admitted when she heard her name was going to be Doudrop, she wasn't sold on it, but has since come around. She has made it a goal to make everyone love it if they don't now.

Niven said that she got word of her call-up to the WWE main roster back on March 1st, and it was tough to keep the secret, especially on social media. She quickly relocated to the United States, but didn't want to let the wrestling world know that she was there, because they'd put the puzzle pieces together. As a result, she re-used old pictures from social media when posting. Upon getting the news, almost everything out because she was in shock.

Niven told us that she's had limited interactions with Vince McMahon thus far, but that they've all been positive, and gained some feedback from him here and there.

She admitted the move has been a learning experience and a culture shock, but one she's enjoyed. She specifically mentioned Stephanie De Lander as helping her adjust, being a good friend, and making things easier for her.

i'm still not sold on her Doudrop gig, being a huge Viper/Piper Niven fan. it gave me a Rhonda Sing to Bertha Faye vibe, where they turned a legit competitor to something less.

Viper/Piper Niven is awesome but I don't think I'll ever be sold on "Doudrop"

I like Doudrop because it serves its purpose as Eva Marie treating her like shit .. it also serves for when she goes heel she can change her name to Viper/Piper Niven
