There is a new addition to the MLW Opera Cup

Fightful Select has learned that Alex Shelley has joined the tournament, rounding out a packed field for MLW's Fightland Show on October 2. The show already features a Champion vs. Champion match between Hammerstone and Jacob Fatu, which Fightful Select reported earlier this year was in the works. 

Alex Shelley joins Lee Moriarty, Bobby Fish, Calvin Tankman, TJP, Davey Richards, Matt Cross and Tom Lawlor in the tournament. Shelley returned to action in September for the first time in 2021, taking on Lawlor at GCW/BLP 3 Cups Stuffed.
