For those of you that are curious about Sasha Banks, we mentioned last week that she was seen at the site of Smackdown, even posing with a fan for a photo backstage. Fightful was told that Banks was seen around in Madison Square Garden earlier today, but was not listed on early on-screen rundowns of the show. We'll work to see if that is slated to change as the show gets closer. Not everything that unfolds on screen are always listed in these internal rundowns, and surprises are often omitted.

Sasha Banks has been absent since last appearing on the August 13 episode of WWE Smackdown. She was pulled from live events that weekend and then was removed from her planned WWE Smackdown Women's Title match against Bianca Belair.

I was at the Smackdown in Tulsa on August 13th. At the end of the show (which ended about 3 minutes early) while Banks was doing a Banks Statement on the table to Belair, John Cena’s music hit for the dark match. As his music hit, Banks stood up and proper melted down, seemingly annoyed they were interrupted. Now, this could have been heel work obviously but she seemed proper annoyed yelling towards the referee and stomping in the ring and he just motioned like *shrug* and nodding like I understand. All this to say, it didn’t seem like it was in character and is there any word on if she currently has “heat” in the back?
