There is obviously heavily speculation in regards to Adam Cole and All Elite Wrestling now that he's a free agent. In Fightful last speaking with WWE reps on Tuesday, they seemed less confident in making a deal happen now that Cole had reached that free agency period, which is why they sent out the internal note. We'll have more on those talks in the coming weeks, but WWE sources indicated they'd continue making efforts to re-sign him as of the day he hit free agency

As of 5 PM EST, the AEW roster have not been officially informed or told that Adam Cole was joining the company, or that he'd be at All Out. To the contrast, CM Punk arrived at the venue the day of his debut, was not hidden, and socialized prior to the show.

AEW talent that we've spoken with throughout the weekend have speculated themselves about his possible impending arrival and one source said if it happened, they'd expect him to be hidden.

Inquiries to those of influence in AEW that are usually met with an answer -- whether it be yes or no -- are receiving much more quiet responses when asking about Cole this weekend.

We'll keep you updated on the latest on the situation.

As always, nothing is confirmed until we actually see it. Even in the case of CM Punk, ESPN's Marc Raimondi reported that he didn't sign his actual All Elite Wrestling contract until 30 minutes before his debut.

I love this “reckless speculation” - well worth the $5

I'd expect him to be there anyway to support Britt. But if he fancies jumping the barricade......

He debuting tonight

Until he had appeared??? One would expect Cole to be in Chicago because of Britt being there ,but with a usually concrete answer company to its talent kinda weird being quiet about at least to their talent

So that 70/30 is more like a 99/1 now? Lol

I wouldn't bet on Danielson and Jenkins debuting the same night TBH.

Jon Blain

Wouldn’t either. It would be a really strange move to completely overshadow Cole

He might be in Chicago with Britt (unless he decided to stay home this time to avoid all the assumptions his presence would bring), but I doubt he debuts tonight either way, especially if Brian Danielson and Ruby Soho are both expected to debut.

The way I personally would do book Cole's debut would be the week before Arthur Ash and have him come out and confront Darby/Archer/ANYONE and see up the in ring action debut at that show

Interesting that talent has not been "officially" informed. I feel like that might be the most important word in that sentence
