NXT Match Cut For Time (Patreon)

Even before the NXT Takeover Stand And Deliver main event happened, Fightful learned it had to be adjusted for time. During the show a match went long, causing for time for Io Shirai and Raquel Gonzalez to be reduced. WWE doesn't typically have this issue as Takeovers don't have hard out times.

Any chance this Night 1 will be up on Peacock soon? My DVR decided to cut the whole show for time so I missed almost all of it

I think Peacock just has to switch it from LIVE to REPLAY, but who knows how long that takes since you can't rewind live shows since Peacock is booty.

Wonder what match it was? They showed like 5-10 minutes of video packages and advertisements before the main, they could have probably cut that down

2022-02-25 22:12:47 Can't cut ads unfortunately. Video packages are also pretty critical to building match hype for me. I don't think cutting the match short hurt it that much. Raquel either is insanely good at selling our was looking hella gassed after she powerbombed Io on the outside. I feel like the tag had to have gone long, cause you think they'd have cut from that instead of the main event? Or maybe there wasn't time to work out how to cut from it and the one that went long was Ciampa & Walter.
