Thunderdome testing (Patreon)

WWE has undertaken vigorous testing for their Thunderdome setup this week.

- WWE audience tested by having a series of monitors set up, duplicated the test shots onto multiple seats or screens instead of having a different person in each seat.

- The ring was already set up for Smackdown as of Wednesday afternoon.

- The staff is being told to keep everything top secret, at the risk of their jobs if they leak photos.

Notes from rehearsals (ONGOING)

- The viewers were treated to a good half hour of Flo Rida over top of a celebrities in WWE video. 

- Rehearsals got underway at about 6:15

- There were entrances for AJ Styles and Sheamus (performed by a woman), with stand ins recreating them. They had full music and pyro. 

- Jake Atlas is introduced as himself, but comes out to Braun Strowman's music, complete with smoke.

- Lucha House Party's music plays, with Tehuti Miles as a stand in

- Jake Atlas defeated Tehuti Miles

- There is a "body outline" that fans are encouraged to stay within. This might be used to scale or set a background

- Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro come out to Sasha Banks' music. Jessi Kamea and Indi Hartwell are out to Asuka's. There are no boilerplates for names on tehese intros.

- The refs can be heard instructing people to grab holds, stay where they are, etc, and timing the match.

-Kayden & Kacy win the match.

- Ridge Holland comes out to Nakamura' music. Mansoor is out to New Day's.

- The usual announcers are not there, and there are replacements for the rehearsal. 

- Mansoor wins, and it's over.
