Fightful has gained some updates on Thunderdome.

Those working on the venue are very optimistic about how the presentation will come across on Friday, saying it's unlike anything they've ever been a part of. Most of the heavy work was complete, and the configuration was originally set for something much larger, but were able to fit it in because of the lack of fans.

The entire lower bowl area will feature video screens and virtual audience members, and we're told that there is some sort of flooring being laid down with well over 100 lights placed on it. There are also video boards running up over the ring along 16 lines. Normally this would obstruct an audience view, but isn't a concern now.

We've enlcosed some photographs. Please do not repost these photos.

Hmm, so they're opting to not use the Smackdown set they were using pre-pandemic it looks like. Interesting.

Changing up the look...hope they change the booking to match

Kinda seems overproduced judging on these photos. And no one overproduces like WWE

SRS, any idea if WWE can renew their lease in the Amway Center after October 30th? If so, can they allow a limited capacity of live fans in the arena?

2022-02-26 02:16:07 I get what they’re trying to do I just wish they would put a quarter of this effort into their booking& storytelling. I’m not saying this isn’t going to be a good idea I’d just be more excited about it if the creative as a whole was better right now.
