In following up on the Paul Heyman-Bruce Prichard shakeup, we learned that Paul Heyman especially was known to take the idea of a Raw vs. Smackdown rivalry seriously, and applied it to his work and the mentality of the show. Heyman was said to have been very proud of the likes of Apollo Crews, Austin Theory, Angel Garza, and many of the wrestlers that he used that weren't being used prior. He went to great lengths particularly to get Buddy Murphy on Raw, and wanted to build more for the future of Raw.

2022-02-26 02:24:07 Say what you like about Paul Hey man and I'm a huge Good Brothers fan but Raw has taken quite a nose dive since Heyman has left to the point where its almost UNWATCHABLE & is driving even the hard-core away.

2022-02-26 02:24:07 Under Heyman I was enjoying more Andrade, Garza, Black & Crews. Was even looking forward to Theory with Rollins. Raw was way better than SDL yet somehow BP stayed in charge of both. When they have dropped the only intriguing storyline in the hacker & COMPLETLY dropped the ball on what should have been real interesting story between Bray and Braun. Paul H was the scapegoat but its time now more than ever for change at the top of creative with Vince, Dunn & Pritchard being the ones to be the scapegoats as otherwise they will tank their TV show to irepairable levels IMO

i always have mixed feelings for heyman. While i apreciate what he tries to do with pushing new talent, i dont like his methods of getting people to do do his bidding,
