The +/- numbers are the money lines. So, for example, in the Rollins and McIntyre match, you’d bet $600 to win $100 if Drew won while a $100 bet on Rollins that won would win you $350 The other numbers are the straight bets. So, if you put $100 on Drew and he won with 1/6 odds, you win $16.70, or 1/6 of what you bet. With Rollins, the 7/2 odds and a $100 bet gets you $350. Both lines have Drew as a heavy favorite.
