- Expect IMPACT to utilize more TNA references and likenesses in the coming weeks.

- Wrestlers from Canada obviously couldn't get in to tape the Rebellion shows, so that eliminated a good part of their roster.

- Several wrestlers we spoke to didn't even want to wrestle in front of no people, as they'd never experienced that outside of training. Others told us they had enough experience doing that on the indies.

Have you had a chance to listen to Thurston's Q1 WWE Shareholder call? The questions actually somewhat hit home, which is surprising. If you were an attentive WWE shareholder and paid attention to the Wrestlenomics analysis and learned: 1) Profits went up by NOT running live shows, and 5 out of the last 7 quarters, live events had actually lost money (in the mlilions) 2) Vince said during the pandemic, taping at the PC was nearly free because they own the building and the equipment was already on site 3) Merch sales are NOT making up the deficit in running live shows Wouldn't you ask . . . why the hell are you touring for 52 weeks and why would we go back to that schedule even after the pandemic is over? If you are AEW, do you also sharply re-think touring across cities for 52 weeks? Seems like taping twice a month, or even once a month at say, Daly's Place would REALLY cut down costs, reduce wrestler travel, and sort of actually build in more "breaks" for your production staff?

Vince was asked why Raw ratings suffered in Q1 and actually blamed having alot of new wrestlers, a new champ, no Lesnar (even though this all occurred in Q2). Doesn't that embody the entire problem with WWE - that Vince doesn't realize HOW you use people is more important than "having too many new people"?

WWE said they continue to work on selling PPV rights to another provider (ESPN, FOX, whoever). They ALSO reported another year of paid subscribers to the network (i believe Thurston reported that the Mania reported #'s the past 2 years were 1.8M, 1.7M, and this year 1.6M If the PPVs are taken off the network, and NXT remains on USA . . . whats going to happen to paid subs? Drop to 750k or 500k? They also mentioned adding a completely free tier with unspecified business model (presumably outside ads). Is it fair to say they're completely and openly punting on the network as a revenue stream?

If you're Tony Khan, do you dump the Revival straight into a Bucks feud or build more slowly with a couple squashes, then maybe a midcard competitive match, then a main event against the Bucks? It's no secret thats the payoff, and its probably a main event of TV minimum, probably a PPV somewhere

Not sure if anyone's brought this up anywhere, but Will Cooling (covers BritWrest for PWtorch) actually reported that AEW (100k viewers) has recently more than doubled Raw/Smackdown (40k viewers) Have we ever fathomed WWE ever falling that hard in the UK, even if its a short term situation? As an English speaking country, the UK should be a fairly easy market for WWE do hold on to, but . . . .why the hell are they trying to start NXT Japan and going after China and India?

Is there any news of where some of the released talent may be going yet? Any leaning towards New Japan, Impact, or AEW?
