From what we've heard, WWE's response is actually how things have went there. We've heard from multiple employees that they aren't being forced to work, but also aren't comfortable with letting the company know they don't want to, especially after the layoffs.

This is the same company who's HR department found nothing wrong with Bill Demott as head trainee for the developmental territories, so I'm not buying it.

eh.....I think we know enough not to give WWE the benefit of the doubt here. And in big companies, HR's job is to protect the company, not the worker.

HR departments like to tell themselves the opposite though. It's cute.
