Stream 2 looks better to me

both videos on youtube were capped at 720p so maybe its an upload/bitrate issue i have fast internet and 4k monitor both were similar quality, side by side the first was cleaerer. to check the difference i went to a different 4k demo video and could see the changes at different settings.

Couldn't see any major discernible differences on my phone between the 2 clips, will try on a laptop later
