We have heard much of the same regarding 13-14 matches being planned across WrestleMania.

WWE will be doing a Make a Wish/Fanatics event this week.
Fightful will have a presence at Make A Wish events, Monster Factory, WaleMania, Nigel McGuinnes magic show, WrestleCon, WrestleMania and many other shows next week.
