Kosha Irby’s presence is starting to be felt within All Elite Wrestling.

The company officially announced on March 26 that Irby had joined the company as COO, even though he's been with the company for the last couple of months. Even though the announcement was just made, he's been on the job and making changes since January.

The highly touted Irby took over many of the duties left behind by Rafael Morffi, who ended up taking a job at the Barclays Center. AEW had many cities already booked and advertised well into March at that time, and the company kept all of them as opposed to changing them to be more favorable financially. There were also Canadian dates already advertised.

However, as March rolled around, many of AEW’s April dates had yet to be revealed. We’re told that some were still being discussed as of mid-late February. We’re told that Irby has a much different approach than that of Morffi, and many within All Elite Wrestling were excited about the moves.

In addition, we're told that Irby has brought a fresh approach to the logistics end and streamlining the locations of events in a method in which was much more efficient than in previous years.

So far, we've heard unanimous praise for Irby in the company.
