I love your content (seen mostly on youtube only recently subscribed to your patreon) and detailed analyses of the choreography. After watching a lot of your videos, in some cases it seems the choreos you have trouble relating the feel or intention to are the ones that are more purposefully connected or designed for the MV. Studio Choom unfortunately completely removes all reference to the MV similarly to a dance practice. Taemin specifically has a lot of artistic control over the performance, visuals and MV theme. He is often very driven in his full artistic presentation and the themes/stories he wants to tell. Guilty MV has strong visuals with the choreo to tell a specific story sung from an abuser's perspective but danced from the victim's perspective while showing internal struggle that ties into his previous era. Ateez Halazia is a full cinematic experience and another example of this (to be fair, starting with The Real most of their MVs are cinematic story experiences now). I highly recommend and hope you've been able to experience the MVs to the dances you react to.

I 1000% appreciate your perspective here! That’s the really tricky thing about how I’ve been doing marathons because I have been doing all the dance analysis and then marathoning the MVs , but your comment really made me curious about switching up the format this time with this month’s group! Your comment could not be more timely! Let me know your thoughts when I go about this format to see if it helps! Side note: Taemin will be getting an MV marathon (maybe not today but in the future for sure! )so no worries there!
