Taemin's hair sometimes has its own choreo when he dances lmao, usually it works for him though. As for popping, I don't know too much about dance so I'm probably not the person to ask, but I think the most purely popping we see from Taemin is actually his audition video for SM Ent and in some of his earlier freestyles he did for variety shows? It was the style he started with so I think he defaulted towards it for freestyles. Taemin doesn't really freestyle much and I think that might come from his perfectionist nature.

2024-03-29 08:00:36 For version 1 I remember in an interview Taemin talking about how it was quite difficult to dance because his clothes got soaked and ended up being really heavy since he's wearing several layers.

I get that haha! It was my personal favorite out of the versions though so I appreciate the extra effort on his part haha!
