One thing I've always appreciated about Taemin is that he has his female dancers do the same moves as him instead of just showing them off for sex appeal. You can see that during "Move" era and on especially. To the point where they've gotten the nickname "Taemin and his girl gang." I know that doing that is much more common today, but back in the day male idols would normally have male backup dancers and if they had female backup dancers it was for sex appeal, not for their dancing skills. The opposite also being true for female idols and male backup dancers but that was more rare because "it's less acceptable" for women to act like that. Shinee, Taemin in particular, have always been respectful of their dancers, and in some concerts, they'll have a "dancer showcase" While they're taking a break/costume changing, they'll let the dancers show off their skills and give them the spotlight which I think is super cool.
