Oh I get you - they did have a lot of room to grow in 2019. Exo did have the behind the back move angling their foot back, the angle on the award show performance didn't properly show it which is a shame because Kai absolutely kills. I don't know if it's because of the similarities of Dreamcatcher and Ateez having the same production team so they know where the musicality hits or if the 'looks okay but rapidly goes to possession/murder' attitudes is why they clicked a bit better with Hala Hala. (Ladies full cover WHEN) There's a reason you've never seen Hala Hala at awards shows - Ateez usually gets unhinged enough, but giving the demon line full permission to go off the rails would probably make half of the audience run for the bathroom and all least a quarter more be searching on their phones where the nearest holy person that could perform an exorcism would be. (The only people left standing would be Atiny, Insomnia, and Starlight (Vixx's fans)) One of these days I really do need Dreamcatcher and Ateez to collaborate and literally put on the most terrifying set anyone has ever seen.

Question... On 11:30 You Say Siyeon and Jiu... You mean Sua and Yoohyeon? The one's on each side of Handong? Or you do mean Siyeon and Jiu?

NCT choreo is always interesting because the moves tend to be kind of weird-looking if you look at them up close but NCT manages to make it strangely swaggy/cool and sharp/clean at the same time? I hope you analyze some of their choero sometime because I've never been able to figure out how to explain exactly what I mean by that. The example that sticks in my brain as a weird choreo the most is probably NCT 127's Chain.

Thinking about it I think part of it is confidence. For a lot of NCT choreo, 127 especially, if you don't do it with at least 100% confidence you will look very awkward and kind of stupid because I don't think a lot of moves they do are intrinsically cool (some of them are actually pretty funny-looking) but they make them look cool? Again hard to explain.
