You did it!! The alternative ending (Breaking Out) is Dreamcatcher breaking out of the nightmare while Piri has them all together but trapped in the nightmare. You're right about their movements being restricted being a choreography choice because of the concept. For verification (cause you did get it!): Jiu - black turtleneck and shorts Sua - brown flannel and shorts Siyeon - white sweater and black pants Handong - white crop top and black track pants Yoohyeon - brown flannel and blue jeans Dami - blue shirt Gahyeon - all black omg a moustache great I can never unsee that lol You're doing great learning them - Sua and Siyeon and then the trio of Jiu, Handong, and Yoohyeon are the two hardest groups for everyone to get straight. lol funniest thing is that Dreamcatcher didn't have that much time - the last Minx video was in August of 2016 (I think Siyeon mentioned that Minx was officially disbanded in September and she had a month or so where she was so devastated that she couldn't even listen to music) and in December of 2016 the first Dreamcatcher practice videos were released. (Both Dongie and Gahyeon were trainees for only 6-ish months before they debuted in Dreamcatcher) Weirdly, most Japanese promotions haven't really gone anywhere - I don't know if they just haven't really put too much into it on a marketing level or if they pivoted to more of the western market, and I know that Endless Night was stifled because of Covid. (No amount of marketing can overcome a global pandemic.)

You are not wrong with that! I am so happy that I was able to recognize them at least ONCE in a dance practice! Let's see if I can keep a good thing going!! Excited to take a look at their other work! WOOHOO~

I think if you're really unsure who Jiu is maybe concentrating on the way they are executing the moves could help? I heard this from other fellow Dreamcatcher fan dancers and haven't been able to unsee it since - she has the most "feminine shoulder" movements

I totally get what you mean by getting something extra out of watching a dance practice before the MV. I'm the same sonically: Since my most important engagement with K-Pop is the song itself with all the instrumentations and vocal layering, I prefer hearing the track by itself rather than watching an MV because the MV just gives me everything all at once and splits my attention. Instead when I know the song already, the MV can come full circle in giving me the concept as it's intended and make me appreciate and understand some nuances in the music. Since you are a professional dancer, it makes sense you feel the same with seeing the dance unfiltered first (though I couldn't imagine it for myself since the audio for dance practices are so muffled that it's the exact opposite of what I want as my first experience. 🤣)

haha! I'm so glad my process makes some sort of sense haha! I wish the dance concept version of these tracks did'nt CUT SO MUCH or I would watch those primarily, but it makes me excited to see the MV's puzzle piece all of this together! and don't worry..... These tracks need to be a little more clear so I can appreciate the choreo more as well haha!
