DANCE CHOREOGRAPHER REACTS - Dreamcatcher(드림캐쳐) 'PIRI' Dance Video

You definitely have Dami and Gahyeon down! That's pretty awesome - I think people learn Dami and Siyeon the quickest (just because of their parts) but that you have Gahyeon down already is great! (Fair warning - BEcause has Handong and Yoohyeon being visual twins lol) Gahyeon said on a live that she was absolutely floored when she saw the rap parts being given to her (they all record the entire song by themselves and then parts get distributed on how they would work best) but she took that opportunity with both hands, and she's gotten really confident at it. Now it's pretty common to have Dami do the "harder" rap parts that need her touch and either Sua or Gahyeon (more often Gahyeon) doing half a verse in a rap. Or sometimes both of them (like in Demian). Heh I was wondering if Siyeon doing the bridge here would throw you off - she's able to modulate her tone and give it additional breathiness (main vocal things I guess). Piri was the first time in the Nightmare series that Siyeon did the majority of the bridge. And with Piri you have officially concluded the Nightmare series! (Breaking Out is an alternate ending instead of an epilogue.) Deja Vu is the next Korean release after Piri, and that is the first "stand alone" story that became a pattern where an arc concludes, we get a stand alone story (VillianS being a two part is a slight deviation from that pattern) before the next major arc begins. Nightmare (6 parts) -> Deja Vu (stand alone) -> Dystopia (3 parts with RoSE Blue shoved in between Boca and Odd Eye but there's no choreography and was never promoted) -> BEcause (stand alone) -> Apocalypse (3 parts) -> VillianS (2 parts). (That's only Korean releases because those are the ones that have a promotion cycle attached, which means further practical practice rather than just enough practice to do it correctly for an MV and the dance practice video and then rarely touched ever again like the Japanese releases are. Also the Japanese releases get a tad dicey when it comes to reactions so I just always mentally cross them off my mental list since they seem to usually get blocked or copyrighted.) Okay onto Over The Sky and let's see how you can identify the ladies!

Talk about taking my SWEET time answering haha! Love the fact Gahyeon got to rap! She did great! And look at me diving through the era! So fun!! And so far the Japanese tracks are good on the copyright side of Youtube! I always try to check that prior to launching them on here to make sure I put them in the correct categories in the collections!
