Needed to go to sleep early for an early morning appointment today, but just had to watch this when I got home. What a reaction! So many great points that I wrote down and wanted to think more about. Your reaction to the way that Simon broke the news that some of the team weren't going to be debuting - and how he made it a safe place and listening and talking with them through a lens of empathy was so good - you made me cry watching that and I understood so much more about what Simon is doing - both from your explanations and from you sharing your experiences that helped to bring it home that much more clearly. The tougher criticism as they get closer to debut makes total sense and I thought it was interesting that you'd just gone through a session like that yesterday! I also liked your point about how by holding them accountable now, when they follow-up and improve, he can give them really genuine praise. I also wanted to amplify your comment about reactors. One of the things I really appreciate is your ability to talk us through what's good, where there are things to clean up, why that move looked cool, how that could have been more impactful. I'm fine with the fact that many reactors don't have the skills to be able to explain those things, but I also cringe a bit when people throw out things like "they're always so perfectly in sync" when I can pause the video and know that that's not always true. Your thoughts about Simon's career made me really curious to go and look up more information about DMTN. It was a roller coaster - Simon joined the band in 2011/12 after another member left - then the band broke up in 2013 after another member was arrested for distributing marijuana. Very tough situation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMTN Thinking about that in the context of him thanking people for following him in the year-end comments from last episode is really interesting. As fireflame mentioned, they didn't end up meeting Sienna in person until they went to LA for Head In The Clouds LA and KCON in August of this year. You can see when they met in XTRA XG #21 https://youtu.be/iXlXIaS5G04?si=4iJQskdpSNz9ExYq&t=103 Sienna and, I’m guessing members of The Lab, were also part of those HITC and KCON LA performances and show up in the Official Multiverse Video version of the New Dance MV.

Thank you for taking us through XTRA XTRA again. I'm really learning so much more and feeling their journey much more deeply than when I watched it by myself as it was coming out. And thank you for sharing parts of your personal journey - I've really appreciated your openness and how much you've been able to help me see things from additional viewpoints through sharing those experiences!

I am so appreciative of you for sharing how this impacted you personally. Truly means a lot to hear and I'm really encouraged by your support through how I'm navigating through the realm of reactions and trying to be a positive addition to those I cover through these.

Thank you for always contributing such insightful perspectives and for yourself to being open towards my perspective. I don't take that for granted at all because I feel really honored to be a small part of your day. I thank you TRULY for that.
