Watching now but Sienna choreographed this in conjunction with May J Lee who I believe was with 1M before she began her own dance studio recently. This was filmed at 1M I'm pretty sure. I had to check because I didn't realize Sienna worked with them from debut which I actually love knowing and I do believe they trained together for MANY years as a group before debut not unlike seventeen which I think really helps their cohesiveness.

They did film this at 1M, although I only knew because the 1M logo is projected on the wall in the moving version and in the dance practice behind-the-scenes: https://youtu.be/wA_rcHg0YQg?si=46VtKilR8PfzAw4j&t=208 Good eye! XG started training together in 2017 so it was almost 5 years before their debut - Cocona was 11 when she auditioned.

So glad you're doing the fixed versions! Really appreciated the point about stillness in that scene when Maya reveals Chisa and walks around to the back. Never thought about how important it is that everyone is doing their part to make that work. As an XG fan, I agree with your point about appreciating the hard work that it's clear that the members have put to get to the level they are at. Thanks for helping point out a lot of details I hadn't noticed before in the choreo and the things they are doing that make things look so clean.

Would be fun thing when you react to groups for the first time to guess who the Main Dancer/s is/are, maybe the leader, etc from their performances alone.

Part of me wants to, but part of me knows SO MANY GROUPS have done away with titles and roles for members so it would be hard for me to guess those things... Possibly I could guess the "leader" for sure though like you suggested!
