I believe he was working on this one on tour just before COVID hit - there was a BTS clip of him going over it with Hoshi in their downtime! I think the sheer range of what genres he uses comes a bit from how SVT has such a wide variety in their music - they’re always coming up with new surprises and exploring different directions and I do love how CARAT as a fandom has always been stable enough to allow them that freedom. Actually, a lot of this choreo just reminded me how big a fan he always has been of Michael Jackson as a dancer - he mentioned it a LOT in their early days and if I recall correctly, it was a huge inspiration for their Very Nice choreo and Shining Diamond (their pre-debut original song which I think? might have fixed cam video footage of them dancing from both back then and more recently last year if you look for it!)
