You're not as far off the mark as you think you are lol. The choreo definitely does have "captive" imagery but it's more about "being captive of this feeling/captivated by this person" rather than the bondage direction. But since they went for a sexier vibe, it's no wonder most minds think of that 😂

Actually watching this again with you, I wonder if the part you're talking about where they sort of bring their hands together and slide one against the other could be referencing the rings they wear on their little fingers (all 13 have had them since debut) as in pointing to a 'binding' promise.
