As someone whose credentials are musical theatre and afrobeats lol I disagree with the list the person came up. Aside from one or two, I don't even think these are the artists' hardest dances. They mention Produce X 101 which came out in July 2019 so only naming songs from 2019 or before and I'd still pick different songs per artist. Personally I would have said: SUNMI — "Gashina" or "Heroine", both have various techniques in them as well as awkward moves that you need to be confident to pull off. Gashina might be a bit more difficult because of neck isolations in the chorus. SEVENTEEN — "Home" or "Getting Closer", I want to pick Getting Closer as hardest because of tempo, technique, and awkwardness. But Home uses a lot of elements and just vibe from contemporary dance and has micro-movements that I know people can find difficult NCT (out of all subunits) — "Fire Truck" or "We Go Up", We Go Up is so difficult to sing with those dance moves it's not even funny and a good chunk of the song is rap and you actually lose your breath faster rapping while dancing. Fire Truck is just the most awkward dance I've ever seen in my life that it takes skills to make it look good. ACE — "Callin", it goes up from the floor and back down multiple times which is just difficult to do while singing BTS — "Boy Meets Evil", "Spring Day" or "Dionysus", there are 3 songs because technically one is a solo. I'd pick Boy Meets Evil because it has basic tumbling, requires the dancer to add weight into their moves and has a lot of musicality. Plus J-Hope has never performed it live because you can't sing and dance to it. Spring Day has a lot of contemporary elements as well as group illusions which require perfect timing so that could be difficult. Dionysus doesn't let up at all which makes it hard to catch your breath for singing or rapping. It has a lot of floor to standing to sitting elements and there is a move where they drop down to the floor that was so dangerous they had to change it because a member hurt himself and it was likely going to happen to all of them so depending on which dance practice you watch, it's different choreo. RED VELVET— "Zimzalabim" or "Peekaboo". Zimzalabim doesn't have difficult moves but we are back at the SM school of awkward dances only our artists can pull off. Peekaboo doesn't stop dancing making it harder for singing and there is an arm illusion that has to be done correctly to pull off the effect. ATEEZ— "Wave" or "Hala Hala", I could see keeping Hala Hala because as of July 2019 that would have been one of their hardest dances. It's hard because it's awkward during the chorus and a lot of the moves go on the lyrics/melody instead of the beat which makes them faster and just harder to sing. Personally wouldn't want to sing this song. Wave is hard because it's an afro/dancehall pocket and most people just don't study this or grow up around this groove and it can be kind of hard to pick up on. SHINEE— "Sherlock (Clue + Note)", Yeah nothing about Sherlock is natural at all. I couldn't feel the next move without having to think about it. Also the torso just does a lot when you consider you have to sing and dance to the song. It leans, goes back, crunches on the side, bends forward. It does everything but give air to the lungs so you can actually sing but they still do it live. INFINITE— "The Eye". Hands down this should have been the dance for Infinite. It has a few cool illusions as well as moves that go with every little beat in the instrumental that you have to have impeccable timing. Once we hit that 1 min mark, it gets hard to sing and dance at the same time. TAEMIN— "Want", I like to call this Taemin's Bob Fosse era. Jokes but I think this combines the SM awkward with the beauty of his more feminine style which might not be easy for a lot of men or for women that have a more masculine dance style. And even though the moves go to the beat a lot, the moves themselves almost don't line up which makes it hard to instinctively feel it. I'll make my own list of my opinion on the hardest dances in a different comment.

YES!!! Thank you so much for this list girl!!! I haven’t seen some of these that you referenced, but it wouldn’t shock me if they were killers!
