You know what, I agree with you 🤣 When I first watched this, I was so happy to see Huang Xiao getting points for the battle, but yeah, looking back now, why were they giving me false hope? I get that they wanted to appreciate his effort, but they could've done it in a different way than the neck-to-neck first two rounds.

Oh, and this is my favorite choreography from him this season. I've made peace that he lost since then, but when I first saw it, the epiphany moment at the end had me floored. (also there's a 15-minute blackout right after that so I didn't catch your reaction to the results)
