YOU ARE SO AWESOME!! I did not expect you to check out NMIXX but I am SUCH a fan of theirs!! This is such a treat you have no idea! Beginning some quick info on them, yes, the member who left did so very early on and re-debuted as a soloist- her debut was great too! I don’t have an explanation for the placement of the formations since yes, they have been 6 for some time now, but I see what you mean about them here! I haven’t noticed this issue with them in other tracks though so they may have been trying something new. NMIXX are super interesting for their concept of “mixx-pop” which was and still is quite controversial from the time of their debut- this refers to the majority of their title tracks having a “change-up” section, which makes them sound like they are a mashup of more than one song! I have been on-board with this concept since the beginning but there was a LOT of discussion about it, and I think that the flag at the end of the MV is meant to tell the audience that they are committed to mixx-pop! I personally would LOVE if you checked out more of NMIXX because they are not only really talented dance-wise, but their vocals are INCREDIBLE, and they have even carried on a recent tradition of ITZY’s where they will release “stage practice” videos, which are essentially dance practices where they also are practicing their vocals, and the audio reflects their live raw singing WHILE they move. I think they absolutely have the potential to be hugely game-changing and they are still very new, so catching up with their stuff would be a breeze!! So glad you had so much fun with this!

You guys are the awesome ones for recommending this to me!!! I had a blast looking at this and I’m so happy to make your day more enjoyable by having this on here! I’m currently indifferent to the switch up especially because I feel multiple groups have music modification “fingerprints” about their work that they are known for! And YOU ALREADY KNOW I will most likely take a look at this group in the future 😂 my goal is to see it ALL 🥹

OMG HOW DID I MISS THIS 😭 I love NMIXX and Dash sfm, I'm so glad you saw it. They are SUCH performers, especially once it's live. I don't mean just hearing their live vocals (which I believe are some of the best in KPOP so far, period), it's more than that. They always nail the believability of a performance. Like, they're always feeling it, you know? I've never looked at one of their performances and thought anyone was just going through the motions - their enthusiasm is always there. (I really liken them to, weird cut, Dreamcatcher's JiU in that regard - I've never looked at a JiU performance and thought she'd choose to be anywhere else. It's passion and professionalism to the max, manifesting together.) This was their latest comeback and they *really* came into their own with it I think musically too. With regards to the mixxpop: you'll see their signature more and more when you look at their other title tracks. They go a step further than just genre-bending or mashing different songs together imo. (Though not everyone would agree with me 😂. People hated their debut song O.O so much and thought it was a bad instance of KPOP trying to mash too many styles together. Hell, even my introduction to NMIXX was this! When I was just getting into KPOP and my friends were giving me recommendations, they specifically sent me a different song to showcase how well KPOP combines styles within one song together, and then sent me O.O for a "bad" example of it... and I ended up disliking the first song they sent and falling in love with O.O at first listen. 🤣)

Haha!!! Love how you ended up loving the other one more 😂 I feel that I will hopefully be able to catch up on all the fun 4th gen groups in the future so I get to vibe with yall with them!! This was totally a fun watch and made me intrigued by the rest of their discography!
