Yeah, at the time there had been debates among the fandom on whether Taeyong should be considered the leader of NCT as a whole or just 127 (he has a lot of antis both because he's popular and gets a lot of lines, and because he's been in a few scandals that later turned out to not be true) and them having him be at the center standing on top of everyone basically made the statement that he is indeed the overall leader. I could talk about Taeyong forever since he's one of my favorite idols. I've been refraining, but I'll just say that his dance journey is super interesting. Most main dancers/vocalists/rappers have some background in those skills whether they are self-taught or have had previous training, but Taeyong was a complete blank slate when he came to SM and still managed to be leader/main dancer/main rapper. So you can see most of his dance journey/development through his career in NCT. If you ever do a dive into NCT I hope you check out his freestyle videos, he has such an interesting style.

Such an interesting fact about Taeyong!!! If I ever do a marathon of the group (it would literally be the only thing I could do to get through all their stuff haha) that would be an interesting thing to try to observe! Because I've seen a lot of stuff out of order, I don't know where I am in terms of progress with the members if that makes sense! Time will tell I think!!

I think that Prepix ill?? Idk how to spell it but I believe they had worked with at least Ten before this choreo on a show called Hit The Stage right around the time NCT had first debuted. it was a dance competition/ just performance (?) show between idols. Ten was on it as the most rookie idol there and absolutely smashed it and they choreographed with him on it. Taemin was on it, so was Momo from Twice, Chungha, Yugeyom from GOT7, U-Kwon from Block-B, Hoya from Infinite, Shownu from Monsta X, Hyoyeon from SNSD, Bora from Sistar, Changjo from Teentop, Bitto from Up10tion, Min from MissA, and Rocky from Astro.
