Something about the French hip hop dancers and how they can do these kind of contemporary or mixed choreos so well lol. I thought actually all 3 of them are parts tha come together to form a big phoenix actually. Hence them coming together in a birdlike shape at the start and end. Kinda like many little birds converging to form one big bird. Lol sorry that kinda sounds like some weird transformer XD. I think it doesn't show in SWF2 but in SDC it really feels like Momo had training in non-street styles as well. Rochka x Three kinda just works every time. They're kinda like MT and C XD. Found themself a collaboration bestie on the show. The inner demon/angel concept was cool and super smart. and there. We finally get to see some house XD. Is house not popular in general? I love watching it actually but I don't see it alot it feels. Seems popular in japan though. Glad we had that wholesome moment at the end it was really lovely to see and everyone seemed to really appreciate it... And god I watched the finals live. I wanted to die lol.

Honestly even though choreographers don't end up winning SDC, they're some of the most memorable participants in seasons like this where they really get to show out. It would be nice if the format gave them a chance to win but I don't know if the title really holds much weight professionally for everyone that's made it this far. They'll be recognized by the fanbase either way and people will have their own favourites. I really wish they just stopped trying to do the finals live. I get that the show is trying to prevent the winner from being leaked before the episode airs. It might even be nice to watch it in person too but for the majority of the audience the production quality absolutely tanks. This season they had 1 eliminated member battle their way back for the finals. It's happened before too, and the participates are either for people who still wanted to join or through audience voting. It's technically not part of the main episodes so it adds a little confusion 😅 Usually they don't end up doing well though cause it's not filmed at the same time as this episode, and by the time it happens everyone else is already far into preparing for the finals. Anyways so excited if you're already thinking of getting into season 3! The biggest change is that it's not invite only, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the audition process haha

You are a braver soul than I for tackling the LIVE Finale.. Bless your soul for that haha! I agree that there must be something in the French water haha! All of them can really expand well in a contemporary context for sure! Rochka and Mr. Three are such a great pair and I wish that we got to see them both in season 6 to enjoy that synergy there!! Goodness I also wish House was killing it just as much as the other styles but they aren't' showing up haha

Completely agree with you here about the choreographers... Such a great season for them and I hope for a great Finals that reflects that somewhat! I may try to watch that a little battle before the finals just to see who ends up making it, but we shall see! I may just make myself surprised at who is included when I do the analysis of the performances! and YES to just making it filmed and not make it live... I agree they want to keep it hush hush but bless it the finals is just TOO much....
