Yess I haven't watched this video in a hot minute LOL it was cool to rediscover it with youu. As far as I know (I could be wrong), Rian and Gabee co-choreographed this together, and it was their first time choreographing together so this is the very beginnings of Chungha and Lachica! And you were right, that's Simeez there too haha! I'm surprised you picked her out because she was just employed as a dancer then, and this was the first time Gabee/Rian met her I think, and even Gabee says she does not remember her here at all, except thinking she seemed like a cute high-school aged-looking girl haha. It's cool to see all the little fingerprints and attempts at what both Chungha and Lachica are known for and have refined today in this choreo and music!! I don't know if you know but Chungha, Gabee and Rian all went to the same dance hakwon when they were all in high school, and Chungha said she thought they were so cool and such great dancers back then that it would be such a waste for it to only be seen in that basement room hakwon so if she ended up debuting she wanted to work with them, but they were so scary LOL and Rian was the least scary so she approached her first and I think those two worked on WEEK and then Rian got Gabee in for this one, and the rest is history!

Certified summer bop! It might be that at the time they hadn’t choreographed to Nucksal’s part yet so they didn’t include it in the performance version but there is choreo for it that can be seen in the dance practice. Fun fact: that part towards the end of the song when they do that last melt down and then Chungha gets up and then the rest of the girls copy her, she changed it through all the live performances. Most times she changed it to the point choreo of another group/solo performing in the same music show that week but some other times it was just cute gestures.

That makes sense regarding Nuksal! And that's a really fun fact about the ending part of the choreo and how she would change it depending on where it's performed! Love it!
