There's a difference between knowing the future, and being able to change it. The problem is not knowing how someone's meat-machine brain works, the problem is changing the programming when a good portion of it is essentially learned reflex, essentially becoming hard-wired. So just because Jadis can know the future, it doesn't mean that a set of actions on someone's part can be changed. Jadis probably lives in a state similar to Cassandra, of Greek legend.

It's worse than that, since it includes knowledge of her own actions. Which she somehow also knows the consequences of. As well as her reactions to those consequences.

Poor Janis is so stuck! All demiurge’s are stuck but most could backtrack a little. I think Jadis can break out of predestination but she would have to give up all her knowledge. She’d have to lose her one big achievement and fail.
