How many days actually passed since she got the key in her skull? I am not certain but skipping the pages it seems like only something like a week.

I'm thinking about two weeks or so. Still, that's a lot of stuff to …. digest/get one's head around in a very short period of time if one were in her shoes. Not sure where the next book will go, but she probably needs to hide out somewhere for some down/recuperation time and to train up and get a handle on her powers.
