Under the direction of Rosa Quin is going to try to have a sexual experience with another woman.  In this case the goblin slave Collywaddle.  Although Rosa is open to broadening Quin's horizons he is more reluctant about it.

How does it go between Quin and Colly?

While this decision will influence future possibilities Cassie is a different situation entirely, i.e. if he can't have casual sex with Colly it doesn't mean that he can't develop his feelings and attraction for Cassie.  We'll cross that bridge later though.
