March 2022 Update & SfH Poll (Patreon)

We meet again my lovelies,

First and most important: 

I am pausing Patreon billing for April.

This means that you will not be charged come April 1st.  As previously I still intend on writing and posting through the month but I like to do this from time to time just to ease the pressure to constantly produce as well as to give me time to work on side projects.  If you are currently a patron and thinking about bowing out you may want to think about waiting.  It will cost you nothing to stick around until the end of April and you will get content in the meantime.  But hey, you do you.  lol  Billing will continue as normal come May 1st.

Needless to say the previous month has been a tough one for me, the toughest, but time passes and the heart slowly heals.  I just wanted to say again how much your patience and your messages of support meant to me last month.  ❤

Looking forward my plans are to just keep on plugging away as I have been.  Son for Hire seems to be doing well, though the results of this poll will give me a better insight into that.  Jo White is less popular but I intend on dabbling at it for a bit longer to see if it takes off.  I have about a MILLION shorts I've started over the past month.  I hope to get one or two of them out soon.  Which ones I finish will be for Chloe to decide.  And...that's about it.  I am just writing for y'all whenever I can and loving every single second of it.

The Poll:  Son for Hire seems to be doing well but I am starting to worry that it might be becoming repetitive or too slow for some people.  We are over 100k words and really not much has happened thus far.  This is on purpose as I am aiming for a day-to-day slice of life story with a lot of scenes that are akin to prose comfort food.  The plot is sort of secondary in this story and I am more focused on the daily drama and the good Mommydom feelings, but I completely understand if y'all have had your fill of this particular flavor of 'comfort food' writing.  (I'll end the poll in a few days.)

So the questions is, how are you finding the pace of Son for Hire?
