Race: Lalafell for both Male and Female

This is the Lalas side of the animation made to be able to put on top most of the tall races. The tall can use a lay on the back animation like sleep or you can use one of the many the costume animation there are as you wish.

And bonus the head follows your target

The videos are using the default ffxiv tall lay animations.

And sadly I do not have any naked mod for the big fluffy cats so you get to see some bulge humping there.
