Progress Report 2023-7-26 (Pixiv Fanbox)

Time for another progress update. This was a fairly productive week considering how the last ones have gone, with getting the final human and riekling animations done. Still a couple more creature animations to go, but we’re looking okay.

Not too much to say about the Riekling animation, just some more lewd goblin action. For the final human animation, I did the Contraptions Gallows Horse thing. It was a pretty different animation than I’m used to making, so it took some time, but I think it came out pretty well. Definitely a unique animation. It’s worth pointing out that during my testing and looking at the animobjects on the back-end of the DD contraptions animations, that the chain attaching to the yoke -should- exist in the furniture animations of the DD contraptions, so I included it in mine. However, it appears the mesh is corrupt in a way and is invisible in-game. It’s not something I have the knowhow to fix, so I guess there’s some hoping someone on DD team or otherwise notices, but I think it’s been like that forever.

Anyway, I had done some testing on the Gallows horse a while back, but I’ll be praying to the great Todd it doesn’t give me too much hassle to implement in-game with all the animobjects and whatnot is has going on.
